Today, following several emails The Internet Archive finally ceased pirating my e-book (Sutton 2014) and my paperback (Sutton 2017) vol 1 (vols 2 and 3 forthcoming) of the same.
For anyone in a similar situation, below is the email I sent them that made them finally cease criminally pirating my books, at least for now.
If they repeat this offence with my work I am going to pursue them for losses and pecuniary damages.
EMAILS FOLLOW
You have apparently ceased to pirate my work at this immediate point in time.
You put illegal fully copyrighted text files of my copyrighted work into the public domain. I am now considering taking legal action against you , your employees, volunteers and facilitators on several counts.
In future desist from repeating this crime.
AS YOU WELL KNOW YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO REPRODUCE AND DISSEMINATE MY BOOKS!
You have committed a serious civil and criminal act that has caused me extreme stress and financial loss.

You are committing a serious white collar crime, apparently organised crime cyber racketeering activity and fraudulent criminal acts. Moreover, you are liable for substantial civil action. As you know - because you saw them ccd into the previous email - the FBI, US Tax Office and other cyber crime experts have already been alerted to this case.
It is perfectly accurate, ( read the copyright ownership details in my book that you are criminally pirating) that am the undisputed copyright holder to my own book. Look at what you are illegally (criminally) publishing: it asserts that fact! YOU SHOULD NOT BE PUBLISHING ANYTHING THAT IS IN COPYRIGHT THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE WRITTEN PERMISSION TO REPRODUCE. You have got the law the wrong way around. I REPEAT: CEASE AND DESIST PIRATING AND DISSEMINATING MY BOOK IMMEDIATELY.
You claim to need me to show you where you are pirating my book. I have done so many times already! To repeat once again. Just by way of these two examples alone:

Your criminal behaviour - stealing the small amount of income authors make from their hard work - is disgusting. Do you approve of pickpocketing, bag snatching, mugging and burglary as well?
You are acting like bullying criminal gangsters - intimidating authors by stealing their work and then demanding things from them. All the while you are begging money from the gullible, ignorant or else conscienceless public.
The law is going to bring you down. This email, my earlier and your preceding emails are going to be published in the public domain, sent to the Internet governance community, leading journalists, lawyers ad politicians, and then entered is written legal forensic evidence of how you are criminally operating.
I have given you the information you request. Now cease and and then permanatly desist criminally pirating my book!
